BEAR PAW CABIN on the RIVER - Big Thompson Canyon

Nestled in the boulders of the canyon is where your vacation begins.....Come to Estes Park and enjoy a vacation in the Rocky Mountains while staying in the comfort of the Bear Paw Cabin on the River! Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, we stay open unless we acquire a winter renter (Nov-Apr).

The Bear Paw Cabin was once a part of a fishing camp in the 1920's, and since been remodeled and upgraded to a vacation home. It is located in "what the locals" call the "Berthoud Dale", getting its name from vacationers of Berthoud, Colorado who purchased and maintained the cabins as their vacation homes in the 1930's and 40's.

This spacious one-bedroom cabin has a queen-size bed and two futons for additional sleeping, a bathroom with shower, kitchen-with everything you need, dining area and livingroom with beautiful wood floors, large sitting/entry room and a nice tiled sunroom facing south. Awaken to the sounds of the Big Thompson River, the blue skies of Colorado and the fragrant mountain air! Lots of things to do in the area. The Bear Paw Cabin is located in the Big Thompson Canyon on Hwy 34, the Rocky Mountain National Park is 8 minutes away and the 300 unique shops of Estes Park are 3 miles away and await your shopping pleasures!

All the comforts of home and more.....even a patio tucked under the boulders of the canyon.
